Set Your Time by ATOMIC Clock in Windows XP

On the bottom right of your Screen in your Toolbar

  1. Right click on top of the time example 8:01 PM

    2. In the toolbar that Pops up
  2. Click on Adjust Date/Time

    3. In the Date and Time Properties Box
  3. Click on the Internet Time Tab

    4. Make sure there is a check mark in the box at the top
    Automatically syncronize with an Internet time server
  4. Click on the arrow to the right of the Server selection Box
  5. Click on time.nist.gov
  6. Click on Update Now

    7. Wait for Varification of Update
