Lulu, a partially blind pet kangaroo, is cuddled with its owner Len Richards after 
she was was hailed a hero Monday after helping rescue Richards who suffered serious 
head injuries when he was hit by a falling branch, Morwell in Gippsland, southeast Australia,
 Monday, Sept. 22, 2003. The eastern gray kangaroo stood guard over Richards' unconscious body
