This is will give you two Backup Samples


sample#1 Export from Email

Sample #2 Export from the email program you want to Import to and compare the differences.

Sample #1 and #2 are correct 

Rules FOR CORRECT FORMAT

#1 The top row is the columns you want to enter. (note notice no comma at start or end of any line)
#2 After the first row each line has one email address entry.(note no comma at start and end of line)
Also must be commas for each entry Notice sample #1 and #2. 
Commas for middle Name and Name where they ARE MISSING.
#3 EXTRA COLUMN ENTRYS OR COMMAS MUST BE REMOVED


one stinking Entry or comma missing or added can ruin the whole darn import.
 

Editing
	You can use Notepad to edit multiple  problems at the same time.
	Edit > replace    or Ctrl+H
